Based in Jeju, we are looking for a Korea Supply Chain and Data Specialist to join our Zespri Global Supply Korea team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role will play an important part in strengthening how we manage supply chain systems, operational data and grower payment processes as our Korea supply business enters a significant growth phase.
Reporting to the Head of Korea Supply, you’ll support the smooth execution of pre- and post-harvest activities, help improve the accuracy and transparency of key data, and work closely with growers, suppliers, packhouses and internal teams to keep our seasonal operations running effectively.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of supply chain, systems, data and process improvement. You’ll help consolidate production and performance information, support system usage across seasonal platforms and contribute to a programme of process improvements across grower payments, inventory management & other critical operational processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing the accurate completion and maintenance of pre- and post-harvest system processes throughout the season.
- Coordinating system-related operational activities with suppliers, packhouses and internal teams.
- Managing and monitoring loadout, shipment, dispatch and inventory data to ensure accuracy and alignment with physical fruit movements.
- Collecting, validating and analysing quality, operational, spray diary, residue, grower and industry data.
- Preparing seasonal reports, performance summaries and insights to support operational and quality decisions.
- Managing supplier and grower master data, including registrations, crop estimation information and grower payment-related data.
- Supporting training, troubleshooting and capability-building across operational systems.
- Managing project-related data, maintaining data accuracy, and executing key project activities in line with agreed plans and timelines.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned to ZGS Korea priorities and the ZGS 2035 Strategy.

We are looking for a structured, proactive and analytical team player who enjoys working across systems, data and operational processes. You’re comfortable working in a seasonal, fast-moving environment where accuracy, communication and follow-through really matter. You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams, growers, suppliers and external stakeholders, and bring the confidence to support users, solve problems and help improve the way things are done.
You’ll bring:
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial organisation.
- Strong Excel capability and confidence using Microsoft Office tools.
- Good data management and analytical skills, with the ability to turn information into useful insights.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM or operational systems in logistics, manufacturing or fresh produce environments would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting seasonal or fast-paced operational environments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Korean.
- A collaborative, organised and resilient approach, with the ability to manage priorities and work well under pressure.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Agriculture or a related discipline.
