He aha te mahi? What's the role?
Based in Zeebrugge, the Quality Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact in Zeebrugge and supports the administrative tasks in the local office.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the Zeebrugge office
- Ordering & management of office and kitchen supplies
- Be back up for Zeebrugge related Purchase Orders and follow up on payment of invoices
- Liaise with Port of Antwerpen/Zeebrugge and Sea-Invest on repairs
- Assist the Quality team with admin tasks
- Upkeep of QC Equipment register – SA requirement
- Arranging all repairs of the Soft Fruit Testers with Zespri NZ
- Requesting quotes for purchase Quality equipment
- Upkeep of Hub and cool stores certifications
- Request surveys for insurance containers
- Assist the Team with training preparations & training
- Filing of all audits on sharepoint
- Assist Packhouse Officer with admin tasks
Please take note that this is a 20-month fixed-term opportunity.

We are looking for an independent team player who will be based in Zeebrugge. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Valid Belgian driver’s license.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with quality management systems is an advantage.
- Strong initiative, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good command of Dutch & English; additional European languages are a plus.
