Reporting to the Head of Solution Delivery & Architecture, the Solution Delivery Manager is a key leadership position in the global digital services team. The role is critical to enabling Zespri to continue its growth journey and deliver its 2025 objectives and beyond. The Solution Delivery Manager leads a team of Business and Functional analysts responsible for the Zespri global design and delivery of:
- Business applications software including one or more of SAP ECC and S4 Hana, other SAP enabling cloud-based solutions that enable one of the following business functions:
- Supply Chain and Quality
- Finance
- Grower Enablement & Innovation
- Sales & Marketing
- Business engagement and relationship management for application enablement of an assigned Zespri function(s)
- Partner with the business to design optimised business processes that leverage best practice and technology capabilities
- Establish process performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure improvement success
- Application management from detailed design, implementation and ongoing support.
The Solution Delivery Manager will work closely with other members of the digital leadership team to manage and optimize digital costs globally (circa $20m p.a.), select vendor partners, support major capital programs and projects and ensure there is robust relationship and service level management in place for the departments stakeholders and customers. The incumbent will work with all levels of the organisation including business functional managers stream leads and subject matter experts to ensure access to streamlined applications and information to enable them to deliver efficient and accurate business processes.
As a digital leader, the manager will lead, inspire and manage the Solution Delivery team so that they are respected as engaged and high performing enablers of the Zespri strategy and operating model.

With 5 years of experience with functional consulting, architecting, designing, implementing and supporting (full life cycle) SAP S4 Hana, other SAP Cloud Based Solutions (SuccessFactors, C4 Hana, etc), you will be meet the following criteria:
- 3 years previous experience in a people management role preferably at a leadership level.
- Strong background in business case writing and presentation.
- Proven experience in Solution Delivery and Design Leadership in large scale projects and programs.
- Comprehensive applications architecture, design, business analysis and functional consulting experience, with full knowledge of multiple SDLC (Waterfall, Agile and others) methods.
- Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build software applications according to requirements.
- Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Experience in full project management and development life cycle.
- Sound knowledge and experience with SAP and have liaised with SAP on future roadmap and capability.Strong ability to analyse user requirements and design software applications according to requirements.
