We are looking for a Global Marketing, Strategy and Innovation People Business Partner role to join our People function in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Head of People Business Partnering, this role will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and their leadership teams, helping to shape and deliver people innovative strategies that align with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture and support overall organisational success.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Function Chief and leadership team to develop and execute an annual People Plan that supports Zespri’s Global People Strategy and prioritises function-specific people activity.
- Building credibility as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, peers and the broader People team.
- Providing key input into People Strategy decisions and supporting the deployment of initiatives across the function in partnership with the wider People team.
- Leading and supporting work across engagement, capability, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, remuneration, safety and wellbeing, and change.
- Partnering with leaders on job design, change, performance improvement, disciplinary and employment matters in line with Zespri frameworks.
- Collaborating closely with the wider People team to deliver seamless people outcomes.
- Acting as a steady guide in complex global and regional stakeholder environments, translating Zespri global policy and local market legislative requirements into practical advice.
- Championing safety, wellbeing, culture, values and purpose across the business.

With strong business partnering experience and a commercially minded approach, you will bring the confidence, judgement and relationship skills needed to influence across a complex global environment. You will be someone who can coach senior leaders, connect people priorities to business outcomes and work collaboratively across functions, regions and cultures.
You will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum five years’ experience in business partnering and/or generalist HR – global exposure is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in a global, multinational matrix organisation.
- Strong leadership development, coaching and influencing skills.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Experience across a combination of organisational design, workforce planning, employment relations, change management, talent development and succession planning.
- Strong time, priority and stakeholder management capability.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration and facilitation skills, with cross-cultural competence.
- Good executive presence and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
