What's the role?

 

 

The Market Development Executive will work alongside the Head of Market Development GC to support driving Greater China strategy development.

 

Primary responsibilities include:  
• Support competitor intelligence and analytics  
• Ad hoc analytics projects 
• Support/Liaise with Strategy Global function on strategy forum/ projects,/cycle plan. 
• Strategic project and ad hoc support (strategy, financials) – focus on GC markets 
• Market analytics, factsheets, foundational data  
• Cross functional program and project support 
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing team for deep  business understanding
• Connect with two main Distributors dedicated teams for Zespri business and support the related joint plans 
• Other projects/programs as per assigned by GC management 

 

 

Who are you?

 

 

We are looking for someone who is curious to learn, driven, enjoy collaboration across function and highly accountable of the individual projects as required. 
The successful candidate will have:

 

• Education : University and above, preferable with business major 
• 1 or 2 years experience or fresh graduates with related intern experience 
• Previous special business project taskforce experience 
• Solid project management/business development experience 
• Good command of written and spoken English due to the nature of the job
• Good Interpersonal skill and capable to foster good relationship with stakeholders 
• Excellent organising skill
• Capable In developing business planning and familiar with strategic planning frameworks. 
• Financial knowledge and capable to manage project and channel/territory KPIs/P&L.   
• Familiar with MS-Office as well as process mapping software. 
• Ability to manage and manipulate large data sources essential.
