What's the role?

 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, GC, the Customer Support Assistant will act as a backbone of the sales team, supporting the team in their daily operations.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Collect and check the monthly working plan of sales team. 
  • Track the T&E spending of sales team. 
  • Support sales director and sales team in booking air tickets and hotels when needed.
  • Help to arrange sales meeting and other activities. 
  • Coordinate global or company activities. 
  • Support Trade marketing team on BTL activities.  
  • Work on other detail task within sales function 

 

Who are you?

 

Our ideal individual will come with excellent problem solving skills, great communications and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will also possess:

 

  • At least two years’ relevant experience  
  • Good spoken and written English skills due to the nature of the job
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player 
  • Proficient in MS office skills
