This role is based in Korea and sits at the heart of Zespri’s ambition to build a truly iconic global brand, with digital playing a critical role in where we’re heading next. As we evolve toward our 2035 strategy, we’re looking for an experienced and confident Brand Manager - Digital Marketing to help lead the next phase of our brand growth in Korea.
You’ll be part of a small, agile local marketing team, where collaboration matters and your contribution has real impact. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with execution - ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working at pace, and applying marketing principles in bold, innovative ways.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing best-in-class digital marketing strategies across owned media, social, content, influencer activity and SEM.
- Partnering with the Brand Managers in the team and global/regional teams to deliver integrated, high-impact brand campaigns.
- Driving brand equity growth through compelling digital storytelling and consumer-led thinking.
- Owning and optimising Zespri’s owned digital channels (website, SNS, paid social), using data, insights and KPIs to continuously improve performance.
- Supporting e-commerce and shopper marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
- Leading and managing relationships with local and global digital agencies.
- Cascading marketing plans externally and sharing market insights with distributors, customers and partners.
- Bringing deep understanding of the Korean digital and consumer landscape to inform decision-making and innovation.
- Provide operational leadership by supporting the team on end‑to‑end marketing A&P operations, including purchase order coordination, invoice verification, and cost settlement management, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution of marketing activities.
This is a fixed-term role ending July 2027.

You’re a confident, commercially minded marketer who understands how strong brands are built — and how to apply that thinking in a multinational environment. You’re passionate about marketing, curious by nature, and bring an adventurous mindset - someone who’s enthusiastic about trying new things, brave enough to challenge the status quo, and confident applying marketing principles in fresh, innovative ways.
You will also have:
- 7+ years’ marketing experience, ideally at Brand Manager level or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; (food or nutrition preferred).
- Strong digital marketing capability, including owned media, social, content, analytics and performance optimisation.
- A solid understanding of the Korean digital landscape and consumer behaviour.
- Experience working within multinational organisations, partnering with local, regional and global teams.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, commercial teams, distributors and customers.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Strong business-level English oral and written communication ability.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership and delivering outcomes
