What's the role?

 

We are seeking a Brand Manager to generate top-class digital marketing strategies and programs on our owned media & owned E-Commerce as the leading food brand. In this mature & competitive food category, Zespri keeps evolving the business and digital owned media and contents are one of the key growth drivers.


This is a 14 month fixed term contract opportunity from December 2024 to February 2026.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop, execute, and implement the best digital marketing strategies and programs together with diverse stakeholders (Korea brand managers, global digital team, as well as external digital agencies) to maximize the impact of IMC and achieve business / brand growth.
  • Develop, execute and implement the strategies, frameworks, and investment principles of always-on owned media / contents which are best fit with the Korea market.
  • Own the local digital agencies relationship as well as supporting the global web system (AEM) agency relationship.

Who are you?

 

We are looking for an team player who is ambitious, strategic, and agile and wants to make an impact. The successful candidate will also have: 

 

  • A minimum of 4 years’ Digital Marketing experience (including owned media managements) within a B2C organisation.
  • Proven Digital Marketing activity project lead experience including full agency control & internal process management exposure.
  • Solid experience of an owned E-Commerce site (contents & promotion planning for sales boost, track the ROI over shopper funnel). 
  • Robust experience in web analytics. 
  • Quantitative and/or Qualitative market research experience. 
  • Experience working in cross functional teams and the capability to work effectively with global/regional marketing teams. 
  • A detail-orientated mindset who is a true team player, is trustworthy and reliable.
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Fluency in Korean & English (both written and speaking)
