An exciting opportunity has opened to join Zespri’s Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, based in Mount Maunganui.
In this role, you’ll deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across APAC, partnering closely with hiring leaders and People colleagues to attract, assess and hire high‑quality, diverse talent aligned with Zespri’s culture and values. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, strengthening talent pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience across the region.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Deliver full‑cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio, from role scoping and sourcing through to assessment and offer negotiation
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles using proactive sourcing, market mapping and relationship‑based engagement
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and define effective, inclusive hiring strategies
- Coach and influence leaders to uplift hiring capability and embed best‑practice recruitment behaviours
- Leverage data, market insights and technology to improve hiring outcomes and recruitment efficiency
- Contribute to employer branding, EVP, DE&I and recruitment improvement initiatives across APAC
- Collaborate with the wider People team to support broader Talent and People Experience initiatives in the region

We are looking for a high performing recruitment professional who has a passion for people and forging strong relationships. Being results driven and able to work well under pressure you will also possess:
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across in‑house, agency and/or RPO environments, with the ability to operate across multiple geographies, time zones and cultural contexts using proactive and social sourcing.
- Ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market mapping, talent identification and relationship‑based sourcing across diverse regional and global labour markets.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills, confidently partnering with and coaching hiring leaders across cultures and regions.
- A data‑driven approach, using recruitment metrics and labour market insights to inform hiring strategies and decisions in complex, multi‑market environments.
- Confidence using ATS and recruitment systems alongside core productivity tools to deliver efficient, scalable recruitment outcomes.
- A flexible and resilient approach, thriving in fast‑paced, global environments and adapting quickly as priorities and business needs evolve.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism, and bring a considered and inclusive approach to recruitment across cultures, supported by strong competency‑based interviewing and assessment skills.
