A key role in the IBP team, you'll be responsible for stabilizing, standardizing, and continually improving our existing and future planning tools. Your responsibilities will span across global and Market IBP stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions' system functionalities and planning models are not only implemented but also comprehended and effectively utilized to enhance the quality of planning outputs and decision-making processes.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Oversee the end-to-end global planning solutions, ensuring timely and transparent plans from customer demand to supplier delivery across demand, production, market supply, supplier pack, and procurement planning.
  • Provide precise and transparent plans to support sound financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent planning outputs across all markets and document key planning inputs and their impacts.
  • Ensure key optimization elements are understood and set up to achieve desired and consistent outcomes.
  • Oversee master data inputs, management, and roles and responsibilities matrix.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal business outcomes.
  • Enhance IBP master data processes to reduce errors and support year-on-year improvement.
  • Represent IBP in cross-functional projects to align future system development with existing SAP IBP systems and processes.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements for better overall value stream outcomes.
  • Provide expertise for training documentation and execution, and measure and track IBP system adoption globally.

We are seeking a an analytical professional, who has experience with end-to-end IBP systems and technical solutions (e.g., SAP IBP). The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications with specialization in business/supply chain, planning /logistics preferred. 
  • Minimum ten years in FMCG planning/supply chain.
  • Experience across different roles in planning (and/or managed planners) and have a good working knowledge across IBP processes and practices.
  • Experience in supply chain planning solutions; day to day use, implementations.
  • Experience in working in multi-functional, cultural groups and dealing in different geographies.
  • Effective communication across a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience of sales forecasting and demand planning.
  • Kiwifruit industry knowledge/experience preferred but not essential.
  • Flexibility on work hours from time to time may be required to support offshore teams in different time zones.
