About The Role

 

People Experience Lead

 

Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you will be responsible for making an active contribution to making Zespri a winning organisation and a great place to work. You will help to empower our people and culture to flourish through meaningful, personalised and seamless experiences, energizing Zespri to fulfil its purpose.

You will create meaningful experiences where our people have a true sense of belonging. Accountabilities

 

Deliver on our People Strategy and People Experience plan by:

 

  • Understanding our current culture, where we want to be, and what we need to do to get there. 
  • Supporting initiatives to drive a highly engaged organisation, to achieve our purpose. 
  • Activating our culture through leadership initiatives in conjunction with our Learning and Development team. 
  • Facilitation of key capability programs to support our people to continue to develop. 
  • Empowering our People Leaders to succeed through continuous performance and goals with their teams. 
  • Working collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure we attract, develop and retain the very best people.
  • Understanding what diversity, equity and inclusion means to us as a Global organisation, where we want to be and how to get there. 
  • Reporting on Zespri’s Employee Experience activities so they can be clearly and objectively measured, accessible to key stakeholders and evaluated to identify improvements.
  • Being open and willing to other accountabilities as required or assigned from time to time aligned to competence, development plan and/or business needs.
     

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • A Bachelor qualification in Human Resources or Business is highly desirable. 
  • Experience and/or qualification in Coaching is highly desirable. 
  • Sound knowledge and expertise of People Experience/OD related discipline and functions.  
  • Understands how to design solutions to create simple, yet meaningful, end-user experiences.
  • Process driven, with the ability to simplify processes, so that programs, and implementations are crisp and efficient. 
  • Adaptable and able to keep pace with the radically changing nature of work, with a future focus and understands new organisational, technological, and societal paradigms. 
  • Ability to work adeptly with a multigenerational and inclusive workforce providing different approaches to workforce management, workplace flexibility, and work environment design.
