He aha te mahi? What's the role?
As a Grower Service Centre Coordinator, you’ll be at the front line of engagement between Zespri and our grower community. You’ll deliver exceptional service, resolve grower queries, maintain accurate records, and support the wider Grower Relations team.
This is a 14 month fixed term maternity contract.
Key accountabilities include:
- Assisting with the administration of annual contract and registration processes, including maintaining Dynamics 365, SAP and Spray Diary updates.
- Maintaining accurate records of grower queries and information requests.
- Building and retaining knowledge of Zespri and industry information, including keeping reference material up to date.
- Responding to incoming calls and ensuring grower issues are resolved within agreed KPIs (e.g., call abandonment, average wait time, first-contact resolution).
- Providing system support to growers and industry stakeholders, collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Supporting the Grower Relations team with core projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensuring grower needs are understood, connecting them to Zespri services, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, people focused environment and delivers high quality service with confidence. You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service and/or call centre operations.
- Strong customer focus, with a proactive, solutions driven approach.
- Excellent relationship building skills, able to create positive rapport with growers, post harvest staff and internal teams.
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency across Word, Excel and admin tools; experience with SAP, CRM platforms, SharePoint and similar systems is an advantage.
- Logical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to step into additional tasks when needed.
- Industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential; experience interpreting obligations in contracts is a plus.
