The Finance Business Partner role is a global position, reporting directly to the Finance Business Partnering Manager. You will provide financial insight, commercial support, and strategic analysis that helps drive better decision-making across Zespri.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business leaders to provide financial advice, insights and recommendations
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across key cost centres
- Supporting shipping and supply chain teams with cost analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Developing business cases, financial models and investment analyses
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements and reporting improvements
- Building strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, Shipping, People and senior leadership teams

With experience in finance, commercial analysis, or business partnering within a large and complex organisation, you will meet the following selection criteria:
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting capability
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools
- Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial insights
- Experience partnering with business leaders and influencing decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and embracing new technologies, including AI
