We are seeking a highly motivated ESG Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating ESG factors into our financial analysis and reporting processes and supporting broader financial tasks. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of ESG principles and financial acumen.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive ESG analysis and integrate findings into financial models and reports.
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyse ESG data.
  • Prepare ESG disclosures and reports in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
  • Support the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements and presentations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support audits and ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.

You will be self starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. You’ll have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, whilst contributing positively to the team. You will meet the following selection criteria:  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, ESG analysis, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards, with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging regulations. 
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP HANA and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ESG reporting tools and software is highly desirable, although not essential. 
  • Professional certification (Or working toward) in finance or sustainability (e.g., CFA, CPA, SASB FSA) is highly desirable, although not essential.
