At the intersection of finance, technology and the business, this role is all about connecting people, systems and ideas to drive better outcomes. We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who’s curious, pragmatic, and energised by finding smarter ways of working.
Working across Finance, Digital teams and external vendors, you’ll play a key role in driving meaningful improvements across systems and processes.
Key accountabilities include:
- Build strong relationships with Finance, Digital teams, vendors (including Datacom), and wider stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and well-supported
- Act as a trusted advisor on finance systems (particularly SAP), providing practical guidance on processes, improvements and system capability
- Facilitate workshops and conversations to uncover business pain points, identify inefficiencies and turn them into clear, value-driven solutions
- Analyse current state processes and define future state solutions that improve performance, efficiency and usability
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and work closely with delivery teams to bring them to life
- Lead presentations and discussions that help stakeholders understand opportunities, build alignment, and gain buy-in for change
- Use data, insights and financial understanding to identify trends, quantify opportunities and support decision-making
- Contribute to the implementation of solutions and ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual
- Continually look for ways to improve systems, processes and the overall user experience across finance and digital platforms.

You’re an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on connecting business needs with smart, practical solutions. You bring strong systems and finance knowledge, paired with the ability to build relationships, ask the right questions, and drive outcomes.
You’ll also bring:
- Proven experience in business analysis, including eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements, and mapping current and future state processes
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within complex, enterprise or multinational environments
- 5+ years’ experience working with SAP and finance systems, including core finance processes such as GL, AP, AR and CO
- The ability to work across finance and technology teams, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery
- A solid understanding of systems, data structures and process design, with a natural ability to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Confidence in facilitating workshops, leading presentations and translating technical concepts into clear, practical insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes
- Experience working with external vendors and partners to deliver system and process improvements
- A collaborative and empathetic approach, with the ability to understand different perspectives and bring people on the journey.
