He aha te mahi? What's the role?

 

Reporting to the Grower Services Manager, based in Aprilia or Bologna,  you will collaborate with suppliers (growers and technicians) to manage the contractual and licensing processes. Key responsibilities include:

 

Relationships with Suppliers:

  • Support relationships with suppliers in Italy and Greece.
  • Set up workflows through functional guidelines for contract compilation.
  • Facilitate, promote digital signatures, and manage the collection and archiving of new contracts and addendums.

 

Database and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring accuracy by cleaning existing Excel files.
  • Develop visual reports on PowerBI to monitor license activity and track changes.
  • Provide quarterly or on-demand updates on license release progress, including hectares planted.

 

Communication:

  • Support the preparation of training materials and supplier meetings with the Grower Liaison Specialist.

Our ideal candidate is a true team player with excellent relationship-building skills and a data mindset. Preferably, you have a high school diploma or a Bachelor's degree. You should also possess the following capabilities:

 

  • Active listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to sort out items
  • Written and verbal fluency in Italian and English at a conversational, business, and technical level
  • Ability to manage data entry and manipulate data
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI applications
