We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Executive to join our DACH team, supporting our growth ambitions across Germany. Based in Hamburg and reporting to the Market Manager DACH, you'll play a key role in helping grow the Zespri brand, strengthen retailer partnerships, and execute strategies that increase category growth and in-store visibility across one of our most important European markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine commercial thinking, data analysis, retail engagement, and marketing activation in a truly international environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of Zespri's growth strategy across Germany, helping deliver sustainable volume and value growth.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, retail customers, distributors, and external partners.
- Coordinating and delivering impactful trade marketing and shopper activation campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Developing sales and trade materials that support customer engagement and commercial success.
- Working alongside the local Key Account Management and Trade Marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimise retail performance.
- Analysing market, shopper, retailer, competitor and pricing data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Becoming Zespri's "eyes and ears" in market by identifying trends, opportunities and risks, and helping shape future growth initiatives

We are looking for an individual who is commercially curious, highly organised, and excited by the challenge of working with customers, data, and brands in a fast-moving international business.
You will also bring:
- Around 2+ years of professional experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, FMCG, retail, or a related commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
- Native German language skills and fluency in English.
- Flexibility to travel within Germany when required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- The base salary for this position is between EUR 80,000 - 103,000. Please note that individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, performance and work location.
