He aha te mahi? What's the role?

 

Based in Bologna, the Operation Specialist will support the Supply Chain and Operations team with day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of processes across planning, order process, logistic and reporting.
The role will provide operational support to the wider team, assist in managing daily priorities, maintain accurate planning and allocation, and help ensure continuity of operations during a period of increased workload demand over the 6-month contract period. 

 

Please note that this is a 6‑month fixed-term opportunity.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist with order processing, order tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support logistics activities, including shipment coordination, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate planning, allocation, and operational data within internal systems.
  • Assist in managing daily operational priorities and responding to business demands in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and service levels.

We are looking for a team player who has a background in supply chain and logistics. You will also fulfill the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Economics or Supply Chain/ Logistics.
  • Proficient English and Italian. French proficiency is an added advantage
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) and SAP knowledge
  • Export experience preferred

  • Competitive base salary of between EUR30,600 and EUR39,100. Please note that individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, performance and work location.
