He aha te mahi? What's the role?

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Europe (ZGS), the Operations Assistant will assist the Supply Chain team in planning, creating and communicating the European and international market programs.

This role is a fixed term role from September 2024 to March 2025.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with the team to create the European and Overseas market orders in due time
• Assisting the Operation team in doing the fruit allocation activities for the European market.
• Ensuring all the loading plans provided are accurate and communicate them to suppliers
• Collaborating to create the European loading plan for the European Market.
• Assisting the Supply Chain team with other duties as required

This is an awesome opportunity for a talented individual who has experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Exports and will also have:

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Italian with French an advantage
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) - SAP knowledge is preferred
• A people oriented mindset with a great team spirit
