Operation Assistant (Internship)

What's The Role?

This is a great internship opportunity to partner with our global Supply Chain team in planning, creating and communicating the European and international market programs.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Assisting the team to create the European and Overseas market orders in due time
• Ensure all the loading plans provided are accurate and communicate them to suppliers
• Collaborate to create the European loading plan for the European Market
• Assist the Supply Chain team with other duties as required

This internship will be from 4 September 2023 to 3 March 2024. 

Who Are You?

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who is studding a Bachelor or Masters in Supply Chain/Logistics. You will also be:

• Fluent in English and Italian (with French as an advantage)
• Experienced in Administration (ideally within the Logistics or Export industry)
• Intermediate level computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) with some SAP knowledge preferred
