About The Role

 

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition & Projects Specialist. Leading recruitment across the Europe and North America region, this role is responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring individuals who are aligned with our culture and values as well as driving recruitment projects and initiatives. 

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, your wider responsibilities will see you building and retaining stakeholder relationships through excellence in our recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to Hiring Managers. You will also ensure we deliver an outstanding candidate experience, a strong local recruitment strategy as well as strengthening Zespri’s EVP  and DE&I initiatives.

Accountabilities

 

  • Support full-cycle recruitment which includes: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation 
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management 
  • Drive and participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and build a robust talent pipeline 
  • Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy 
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline 
  • Proficiency in Competency Based Interview techniques and selection tools as part of the recruitment process.   
  • Working closely with People team colleagues to continuously deliver top notch recruitment service to our stakeholders.  
  • Flexibility to work different time zone as requested
  • Any other accountabilities as required or assigned from time to time aligned to competence, development plan and/or business needs.
  • Supporting the delivery of People team initiatives (broader than Talent Acquisition) within the ENA region
  • Collaboratively partnering with the Regional People Business Partner – ENA to ensure people services within the ENA region are delivered to a high standard, enhancing employee and people leader experiences 
     

Qualifications & Experience

 

We are looking for a highly motivated recruitment professional who ideally has experience in an in-house or RPO setting. Ideally you will also have:   

  • Prior experience in managing full-cycle recruitment assignments 
  • Strong analytical skills in data reporting and ability to connect talent and data landscape/ dynamics
  • Past experience using an ATS - SuccessFactors preferred. 
  • The ability to drive & respond to change and deal with ambiguity across geographical time zones
  • An open-mind and be energetic 
  • Self-motivation, be proactive and result driven 
  • Effective communication skills in both Dutch and English 
  • A relevant Bachelors degree
