Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Market Development Europe, the Strategy Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and market development projects. This position involves analysing demand for our core portfolio across markets, value growth metrics, business performance to provide actionable insights that drive value in the region. This role has a strong focus on the establishment and continued improvement of analytics to unlock demand/value, cost optimization, automation and reporting.
Strategic Analysis & Planning:
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to support the development and refinement of the Territory’s Strategic Vision and Business Plan.
- Integrate financial impact assessments and scenario modelling to evaluate strategic options and optimise resource allocation.
Drive 10YP Demand Planning:
- Guide management decision-making with data management, analytics, reporting, defining KPIs and financial modelling to maximise value growth across the region.
Project Support & Delivery:
- Provide analytical and co-ordination support for strategic cross-functional projects, tracking outcomes/milestones and preparing research to ensure alignment with Territory strategy objectives.
- Conducting financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI evaluations to guide project prioritisation.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
- Establish and maintain market intelligence systems, monitor key performance indicators, and deliver insights to inform decision-making and measure progress against strategic priorities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, incorporating financial performance metrics, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between the Territory Leadership Team, functional leads, and external partners by preparing presentations.

We are looking for an analytical professional with 3-5 years of data analysis/ financial modelling experience. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Master's Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Proven background in data analysis, strategy or market development role, covering regional/ global commercial business development analytics
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Python), big datasets management, governance & processing and data visualisation on Power BI
- Advanced data/financial analytics/modelling skills, with ability to manage and operate large and complex data sources essential
- Ability to gather, manage, analyse data and articulate recommendations
- Strong commercial & business acumen
- Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
