Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager - Europe, the Sales Analysis Specialist will lead data transfer and collection from customers, and the analysis of the customer data to derive market, sales and business intelligence.

Responsibilities include:

• Sales Strategy - Support the Head of Sales / Trade Marketing Manager / Market Managers with the analysis needed to build the strategy in terms of channel priorities & distribution,  penetration targets. In addition support the national leadership to identify the Data and analysis needed to deliver the Sales plan.
• Internal Business Planning - Undertake analysis of Customer data to support Trade Marketing/ Market Managers / RAE’s, including pre & post analysis of events/promotions.
• Key Account Management - Manage Customer Funds & Sales Promotions to optimize Profit
• Data Exchange - Support the execution of data exchange with key customers ensuring the efficient utilization of the data.
• Business Intelligence - Work with National Head of Sales / Trade Marketing to collate, record and communicate Business Intelligence derived from data analysis and all other forms of feedback.
• Business Decisions - Support Sales Leadership to record Business Decisions taken by Zespri including activities executed vs plan.
• Pricing - Upload pricing in SAP, optimize price system, track pricing evolution, optimize pricing for new SAP s/4Hana system

We are looking for a candidate who possesses ideally 3 years’ experience as Sales Analyst Specialist or in in Business Intelligence within multinational company, Food Production, FMCG, Logistics or Retail companies. You will also have:

• Have at least three years of experience in Sales Analysis within a multinational company.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Be proficient in MS Office applications.
• A Business Degree , Bachelor or Master in Business Management, Marketing.
